I don't understand, is it suppose for school entry application? I am wondering if you son is studying now ? same as my son, if they are studying, what is the point to fill it up ? they are already at school here..

4mfamily, my humble advise to you is to just call healthcare immunization department to request a copy of the immunization records, it won't hurt so that way you are safe just in case. My son is in grade 10 in public secondary HS.

Can u apply for citizenship immediately, since u guys (super & sept15) must have been in Canada for quite some years???

The time you are in Canada is count in half up to 1 year, so I already have 3 years here in Canada that is 1.5 but they make this valid as 1 full year and count stops there I still need 2 more years after landing...

TO ALL who have kids under 16 years old and are requested to fill the IMMUNIZATION RECORD FORM sent from CIC:

Here is what I did. I contacted the health immunization department, the lady who helped me out not only accepted to send me an email so I could send the scanned document that I received from CIC along with the COPRs back to her but also she copied the doctor who handled my son's vaccination when we first came in 2008. So by doing that the authorized professional has printed and filled the form for me and also printed it out from the computer with an additional copy since she said my son may need that in the future for the post-secondary education. hence, I killed 2 birds in one shot...so I suggest you to do the same, it won't hurt on the contrary you will also know what vaccines are completed and which ones are still needed for your kids....

I went downstairs and wait for the mail man, I got the passports and forms.. just passports, COPR, letter with some requirements for landing and the immunization requirements for my 15 years old boy. I can see the proof of sufficient funds refers to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp which is the same link when you apply so as per that one people who already has a job it says: "You do not have to show that you have these funds if you have arranged employment in Canada." I will just take my pay stubs and some statements just in case but I have seen before with other people that they have not had to show bank statements since they were already working here in Canda. I will also take job confirmation letter just in case as well. So I am all done...ready, I think I will go either this afternoon or tomorrow if I can get the letter soon.
