Thanks unique-mom. You must be over joyed. Most of the people in this forum expect their PPR request before the end of this month and WE are optimistic about it.

One more question: The photo-specification - is it the same one that we used to follow when we sent picture with the initial application?

Thanks and enjoy.

my status on eCas has not changed - it is still "In Process", I do recall once, I sent an inquiry and they said that eCas does not get updated let me see if I can pull the email out and show it to you..

Super - Why are you worried about ECas- I think all of ours ECas is same: In-Process and it says :We have started processing your application XXX"... Do not worry about the ECas - i do not think it will change now. It is going to change once we get the Visa stamped...and not before...

Here I found it:
Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.
e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only.

Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo.
Do not use the CIC e-Cas on-line change of address system. Your new address will not be downloaded to your file in Buffalo.

____
So, they make it a little bit harder, difficult and confusing because, I see people from inside canada applied to Buffalo that means is outside Canada and are getting eCas updated. How is that?

No no, I am not concerned, I just wanted to make a comment that these guys have different answers and not consistent. But I can see things are moving so....just wait...
