App. Filed........: 4-Apr-2010
Doc's Request.: 9-Jun-2010 (with AOR #1 from NS)
IELTS Request: submitted with initial application
AOR #2 Received.: Nov-2010 (AOR #2 from Buffalo)

In Processing....: 20-Jan-2012 (status changed to "started processing")

Med's Request:...... waiting
Interview........: waiting

And

20-Jan-2012..... : got asked for updated offer letter, foreign police certificates
27-Mar-2012..... : police certificates sent

Question.

So I am waiting for Medical, and 3 months? and Passport request.
Now is May.. If I am expecting passport request & visa issued around September. are my expectations reasonable?

Hi Friends,

I just send and case specific inquiry to CIC and they replied me that" your application is in process we are unable to provide a date when the process of your application will be complete " my BFD just passed on MAY 5th i had also send them case specific inquiry in month of march and at that time they replied me that you application is in queue for review so i dont know what to expect guys any idea when should i expect any progress in my application like medical or any thing b'cas looks like 0213 are slow than any other category.

So any idea looking at my time line and communication with cic should i expect any progress in this year.

its unfortunate for you to wait for that long when you have the North American experience in IT.
You gotta wait. nothing to do now. 0213 and 4131's are now seemingly overlooked by CIC. However, these professionals are a dire need for a country like Canada. So pray for the better economy of Canada.

You can call if you have made money order through canada post and they will let you know that its cashed or not on which day.

0213 and 4131's are facing extreme delay.
Nothing to do. getting tensed will not bring anything.
keep waiting.
They will put a new BF'd date on your file and everyone is eyeing into the new list in july. May be after that there might be something new. June is yet to come remember. lots to look forward to.

finally I got medical for my kids. I am planning to do medical this week. your time lines seem accurate. second for PPR and RPRF, how long time it take to receive after medical?

Hello jeevan,

What is the place of birth of your child? Let me remind you that a child born in Canada is a Canadian Citizen (though exceptions exist). Assuming your child was born in Canada, s/he will not require medical examination as s/he is not applying for permanent residency. Although, you have updated buffalo of the change of your family composition, you have not added your child to your permanent residency application.

Regarding PPR and RPRF, I would let other knowledgeable members answer that.
