After updating my profile, now I'm re-asking my previous Qs

Today while I was checking my ecas, and after filling up the required info. I got this

"
SORRY ...this on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons:

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.


Please try again later.

Same problem here.
There should be a technical issue.
 
I get this when trying to check my ecase:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I think they are yrying to update too many
of our status to "decision made" and the system cannot bear it ;)

Today March 08, many services are down including ecase and online services. Cic has placed notice about this issue few days ago. Cic performing system maintenance as the notice.
 
Hi Guys,

My Ecase is update with "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." I have completed my medical 8th Jan 2014 and submitted all other requested documents on 24th Feb 2014. what does this implies?

No wrong. CIC is updating the system and performing maintenance. A notice has been placed on the system since few days ago.

Any way, now (8.38pm ES), it is working normally.

You might get update concurrently with system maintenance, but that does not means that the system was down due to ecase update for many applicants!!!
