Hello members!

Can I use Fedex to send my passport to CIC? I am also planning to include a self-addressed (with my US address) Fedex envelope, can I do that?

Thank you so much for your response...

You can send passports by Fedex but unless you specifically use Xpress post US, they will return them by regular mail- at least that is what many forum members have said elsewhere.

Fellas: Any updates here? I am eager to hear news of PPR's and DM's this week.

Samnov ... it will come sooner than you expected. Stay positive and start making preparation for your landing and if your outside of Canada, start preparing for settling in your new environment.

Dear Friends,

After 3.5 years of waiting Ecas has finally added these two lines:

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 26, 2014.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

I don't check ecas all the time, you kind of lose motivation when nothing happens for 3 years, but Feb 26 is 12 days ago... Don't you guys think I should have heard something by now?? :-[

I am from a VISA exempt country, IF the decision is a "Yes" will I just get COPR in the mail??

Thank you for help,
Cam

Congrats Cam! Good news is on it way I believe. It does looks like a few on the forum from visa exempt countries are just getting copr in the mail. I hope the same is on the way for you. It wouldn't hurt to send a cse if you're really worried.

Thank you Wolvy. I see that our Medical timeline is close, hopefully you should be next.
It has been so long, the news has not sunk in yet ... I hope the decision is a positive one for me.
Best to you and everyone here who regularly help others on this thread.

Thanks,
Cam
