This morning my Ecas status changed to decision made. they added two lines

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January XX, 2014.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is this a good sign or bad because I did not get PPR till now.

Just an update I got PPR just now they want two photos for all family members also. One more thing, I updated my mailing address three months ago online and also shows on my Ecas but the PPR email has still my old address.

Dec. 5. That's mean I've still a few more weeks. Btw. Your e-Case says
Medicals recieved or not?

I did send medical on November so they have already updated about it and says medical received and is in process on novmeber.
Only document left was FBI hoping to get more updates soon ..
Good luck for u and u might receive ur FBI during February as per my timeline.

Mean a final determination has been made regarding your application; if approved (positive determination), you get a PPR, and if not then you get a letter explaining the reason for such outcome.

Congrats. I dont think you should worry yourself about the address change. You are probably not going to get any physical mail except your PR card. And the good thing is that your COPR will show your address and you will be given the opportunity to confirm if it is the correct address during your landing (those that have landed can confirm this). If you are really concerned, may be you should call them.

Congrads! Just call CIC call centre and ask them to change your address. If you change it online, it is useless, call CIC.
