To me, I think it is good news: reason-They both fell under the same time line in terms of processing but FSW2 process is far faster than FSW1. I bet you will receiving PPR very soon-probably before end of this month!indusvision said:Hi All,
I need a suggestion. I applied in April 2011 under FSW1 and got medical exam request in July 2013 and still waiting for PPR since then.
I also got a job offer in 2013 and submitted a second application in May 2013 under FSW2 as my previous application was in queue for more than 2 years.
I called CIC call center and they told me that we can submit two applications and it is fine. Both application will be processed and whichever completes first, will get the PR and second application will be closed automatically.
I just logged-in to my eCAS online and saw that my old application under FSW1 submitted in April 2011 has been withdrawn and my new application (submitted under FSW2 in May 2013) says In-Process and following two lines added
- We start processing on your file in January 2014
- Medical results have been received
I did medical exam for my old application, but they automatically added medical results on my second application.
Is it a good news or a bad news that I have to wait more ?
Please any suggestions? I am feeling depressed of waiting so long now ...
I pray for you and Good luck.
