Yes, that is true. They are no asking for PPR..i expected both at the same time. My MP office told me to wait for 90 days after medicals....I guess I get my PPR next year only...

Contact MP was not a bad idea but in my case it was no use. they got me the standard answer.

my WP also expired and waiting for the extension. hopefully I get the extended one by next months first week..

Thanks,

Nadeem never depend on e-case. that is all bullshit...it does not gives you the correct state.
my e-case says "application received"
as you applied on April 2011, if I am not wrong you should have got your medicals on October 2011.;.
what about your GCMS notes? they should have the info.
I sent a mail to Ottawa by providing GCMS notes as proof that I have not received any e-mail...

not receiving medical is not a normal process...

Syed

Hi syed_h-sha,

I've applied online the GCMS notes, I don't know when I'll get, get my finger crossed and will you posted. I hope for the same as you about MR, that would be awesome then.

Keep praying.

Hi,

I submitted my case to Buffalo, NY and the last communication i received from Buffalo was regarding an additional document. Since then the buffalo website says its closed and i sent the document to Ottawa CPP. I am trying to email CIC on both Ottwa CPP and buffalo office but no replies from any of the email addresses yet.

Here are my timelines and few questions.

Does anybody else has the same processing time?
Did you guys get any confirmation email that your case is transferred to Ottawa?
Where they will send the case for visa stamping as Buffalo is closed?

Timeline:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 25, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on June 1, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 11, 2011.

Medical results have been received

Just wanted to share it with the community.

Hi Galian,

Thanks for sharing. Our timelines are pretty close but my filed date was in April 2011. My E-Cas is also showing RBVO. I saw some cases filed in Jan 2011 had been processed. So probably your turn should be coming soon.

Hi zw2012_84,
I'm not sure if it's gonna be soon, as from what we can see now, MR and PPR are being sent to the 2010 applicants, so it will take at least couple of months with this processing speed, but we have what we have, and the more people will share their timelines here, the more clear picture we will have of what is going on.
Have good a weekend!

My file was sent to Ottawa on July, any idea if it's the same delay for CSQ holders?

Thanks

You are right, Galian. It looks that they are processing the cases filed in May and June 2010 now. Seems they would like to finish the cases before Jun 26 first and then work on our cases under "new" policy after June 26. Hopefully they are approaching to finishing those.
