Hey..saw that....all files were transferred to CPP-O in July 2012...does that mean 8 months from July 2012? that would make it march 2013...we are akready sitting at Nov end....would they process all post June 26 files in the remaining 4 months?? I so want to believe this....but seems unlikely....I had my MP contat CPP-O and he informed me that no work has been started yet on post june 26 transferred files.....
so what would be the start date for this 8 month period?
guys!! those dates doesn't mean sh!t...
if you read the foot notes in CIC site... it says, the dates are updated every 10 months, and that they are indicating to the average of the processing times of the files that have been closed in the previous 10 months period, prior to the survey...
since the Ottawa office started to work on FSW recently, they calculated the processing time based on the files that had been closed upon in the past 9 months... and if they had managed to just finish one file... they can say that, based on the rules, the processing time in Ottawa is 9 months...
and since they have transferred our cases from Buffalo... they are not obligated to report our processing time in buffalo... which means their books looked much better!!! "apparently", it only takes 18 months for a file to be processed in Buffalo!!! instead of 30 to 40 months (or maybe more, if they were to include our cases)...
It is all a trick for the new suckers who are trying to chose between Canada and other countries like: New Zealand, USA, Australia or some other countries...
it is an old accounting trick... named depot 101.... at the end of each quarter, western banks (allegedly most of them) park their liabilities on a friend bank... then they will have their books checked... but the rest of the world is catching up to these sons of beaches' lies... and that's why they are losing their international influence so fast...
they are trying to trick others (as they they'd tricked us) to believe that it is much faster to get to CANADA... then they will drag the procedure to get ride of the weak applicants... and at the end, after 5 to 8 years of grinding and refining they will get ride of the remains... and this circle will start all over again.
it is an effective policy, because as you can read from the previous posts... there are still some of us MI1s or MI2s out there who still didn't get that we have been played in here.... and still think that those times on cic mean something...
the only thing that we can do now, is to put political pressure... using our privilege as applicants inside Canada to call MPs offices and put them into position to do something about us or just show their real position on multiculturalism and immigrants
anyways, all of my comments are just one man's opinion (me)
