I received passport request last week Friday, March 14, 2014. After 2 years of waiting, I thank God. May the others waiting get theirs with positive responses.

I have a question regarding prepaid return envelope to USA. I am in USA and I have been trying the Canada post website to buy a prepaid XPress post label without success. Each time I get to the payment stage, it indicates we have a technical problem. Please close your browser and retry later. This has been happening for days. I do not want them to return my passports with regular mail for fear of them getting lost. Any one has an idea how I can get a prepaid label for CIC to return my passports with tracking? I have tried FedEx and they stated they do not have that service even though I have a fedex account.

That's right, we have counted 17 people who are waiting for PPR and afaabu
Is not in that count. That's mean of course there are a lot of people
Are still waiting and does not want come forward. And that's why this
Forum is so quiet.

Congratulations afaabu ;D 8) My understanding is express post is for inside Canada. I am not sure, but I think you can include a fedex or ups envelop, fully paid, for them to place the passports in. But please ask around about this...

May I ask, when did they start processing your application and when did you get decision made? Also are you from a visa exempt country?

I got my PPR today but family size has changed ;D I sent them info about our new baby but they never updated my file. How long will it take for them to add my baby to application? Also I applied 4 years ago when I was in US, now I am back home. Can I ask them to mail my passports to other embassy for stamping? Thanks

Hi Tajik, congrats. I remember u, u have been the first one who get respond from cic, now u almost the last one who gets PPR but still you have to make sure if they got the additional documents of ur child if they do than they will add ur child to ur application and send u medical form for him/her
So good luck u almost made it.
