I concur with Jayson, do not complicate your applications by sending documents they did not request for. I am pretty sure that you have passed eligibility test that was why you got MR and RPRF. The outstanding stages for your application are security and medical screening which are most likely at advance stage.

I sent them all update form and original police clearance
And sent a cover letter to New York
In that my lawyer explained that I don't have LMO
I don't required LMO
When I applied in dec 2009 only AEO need to immigration not LMO
More over when I got rejected in from Ottawa that they rejected my case on the Basis of not valid AEO

No point to talk regarding LMO and my AEO is valid according to federal court

Today they updated my ECAS with third line Medical results have been received.
My ECAS is still showing received by visa office. I sent my updated documents exactly a month ago and did my medicals on July 30. Still waiting for PPR.
