i'm not sure about the requirements as it doesn't seem to be stated in the japan embassy in canada. however, found this info in japan embassy in manila: http://www.ph.emb-japan.go.jp/visiting/index.htm i suggest to call up japan embassy in canada to confirm the requirements. ;)

hi com2canada, as for my case, my e-cas was updated to "Medical results have been received." on 03-Sep-2013 and then i received the PPR email on 09-Sep-2013. on that day as well, my e-cas has been updated to Decision Made. hope this helps. ;)

hi anthony1970, according to the link provided in the PPR email, photos should be placed in a small envelope with no staples/paper clips and the name of the applicant should be written on the envelope.
