Got this email on 6th march 2013, submitted everything on 7th march, almost a month now and waiting for next step from CIC :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :'( :'( :'(

Sent 2 follow up emails, no reply
no updates in Ecas.
No passport request

me neither man.. i was requested on march 6th as well but sent it on 26th march as i changed my employer and got a new work permit.. i sent them an email yesterday with no reply yet. CIC is sucking our blood man. Did you receive anything yet?

When u wait for 30 or plus months, the last few days are the killer...........patience level almost gone.

But i know what u mean, i am not complaining. I am just sharing my frustration for the time i had to endure here.

Great!! Congratulations!! we have the same timeline! I'm excited that it seems finally its our turn!!! Did they ask you to submit any document such as personal history or RPRF recently?

Apparently the stamping in NYC takes about 30 or more days to send the PP and have it mailed back to Canada. I am counting................

No they didnt ask for personal history. RPRF was paid up on application.

Today morning i found my passport back and the confirmation of permanent residence in my mail box wooooowww im so happy!!!!!!!!!!!
by the way i never call cic , never ask for gcms, never sent any email.... just wait and be patience.

my timeline...... They received my application June 2011
Transfer my papers to ottawa January 2013
They ask me to send my passport and pay RPRF February 20 2013
I sent my passport and the rprf February 25....they received on February 27
And today i get it back.
I just want to thank all the people in the forum seriously.... just because i found these forum im still here in canada
