I finally got update from Ottawa: they are asking for a letter of employment from my employer. I wonder if I have to submit the original document, or if I can just email the the letter...

Yes it is outside canada. They did their 2nd medical Feb. 01, 2013 until now no updates. mine was extended so i dont have to redo my medical here in canada. I emailed them yesterday and they said they are still waiting for my dependent's medical result. I dont know how long it will take.

Do you know which office will issue passport request for your dependents - CPP-Ottawa OR your dependent's local visa office ?

I think this is important to know becasue if CPP-O issues passport requets then you need to have passport of your dependendts with you in Canada.

CPP Ottawa that's why I have their passport with me so anytime they will ask for our passport, I can send it right away. Do u have dependents too? did they redo medical too?

Hi bro, are you skill worker program? I think you can send original or scanned letter, either way.

i didn't receive anything yet. its almost 1 month my ecas is showing decision made. i sent an email on april 2nd to my officer to know the status of my application. the next day he /she replied me like this " you should be receiving further instruction regarding the next step of your application".
though he didnt give me any rough time frame. still waiting for ppr.

Yes she just had her medical done. And I am in Canada.

I dont know how long it will take, they said they are just waiting for my dependent's medical result. They redo medical Feb. 01, 2013. my medical was extended so i did not redo my medical. what about you? did you redo your medical again?

Med exp on Sep 2012 but they extend for one year.(how I know through GCMS note)
PPR on Friday.
