Have you ever ordered GCMS? At least you would know that they have still your application on file and that haven't misplaced or worse yet lost it completely. Anything's possible with CIC!

I ordered GCMS in January and I found that my file had everything passed since Oct.2011 and my medical was extended in Nov.2012.

I don't know what to do now.

Email them first thing tomorrow. And, I would say keep emailing until they give you a solid reply.

Guys, I have a question. My wife and me applied PR as a family together (CSQ), and we have the same file number (EP000xxxxx). I am the principal applicant.

Today, I received an email ask me to send the passport. But my name and the file number are mentioned in the email. My wife's name is not mentioned.

I am confused. This email is the only for me or for the whole file (me and my wife)?
