Looks like you did your medical in Pakistan that's why you got re-medical request from Islamabad because if you do medical in Pakistan regardless of your actual VO the medical results are forwarded to Islamabad and then Islamabad forwards to VO which is responsible of your file processing.

Do you know when they started BG checks on your file?

i dont know exactly when they started, but i emailed them in March 2012, and they told me they are doing my background checks.

I applied 2 times, once in August and 2nd one was in November, and both were saying criminality is in process and security and eligibility was not started.

hmm that means Security was not blank correct? looks like they didn't started BG checks back then, hopefully they have started by now. Do you know if your file has been assigned to any officer? you can apply for another GCMS in first week of March to give you current picture of your case and if you want you can contact your local MP and express them your frustrations.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have done my first medical from Canada.
and yes its been 4 months i am in India.
I have done the second medical by myself from India on 22 Dec 2012.
and Ottawa confirmed my MP that medical is valid up to 22 Nov 2013.
I already booked appointment for my x-ray.
Lets hope for the best.
I think going on moon is easy than getting PR in Canada.

its actually by date the PR Application was Received at VO, you can see this date on your e-case. If the date is before September 2011 then you are from pre-September group.

Today is the deadline set by CIC to process pre-September 2011. Are we going to see PPRs being reported for applications made in Sept/Oct/Nov 2011 starting from tomorrow ?

December 30th 2010 is pre September 2011 hence you are in pre-September 2011 group. How come it doesn't apply. I am Decmeber 2010 applicant as well. When did they sent you email regarding officer? i got same email from them too.

They replied to one of my e-mails on September 10.2012. Now I'm really confused, if I received nothing today then I should expect something in the end of the summer, right?

Well yes according to their schedule - all buffalo applications should be done by then. You can try to send email next week, tell them that according to the schedule your file should be reviewed by Feb 28th 2013 but you didn't receive any such update from CPP-O. lets see what they say..
