did they remove the line indicating that your medical results have been received?

Nope they didn't.

Regarding police clearance, unless its mentioned clearly under the case status, I don't think people need to submit Police clearance. I have to, since its specified. Hope this helps in clearing up the confusion.

I'm sure I saw another reply for my post telling me not to worry, but I can't see it now. Where are your assurances that I shouldn't worry? Who received the same email? come on guys.

I do received email from cic the same email u've received.. because of a bit confusion, i sent them an inquiry regarding police certificate.. i asked them if i need to provide police certificate..
this is their reply,

The Police certificate is NOT REQUIRED … all that is required is that you get your medicals done for your PR application. The other two requirements have been done already as indicated below.

My name: Police certificate – NOT being requested; approximately Feb 13th, three e-mails were sent to _____, for him and his family – medicals have expired and new medicals are required.

Right of Perm Residence fee is to be received in their office by April 19, 2013 with procedures to remit on line. (Which was done on Feb 21,2013)

Updated details of personal history since June 2011 required – refer to last statement on page one of communication dated Feb 19th. (Which was done on Feb. 21, 2013)

hope it helps.. :)

Sincerely,

Now I have couple of questions.

1: They have asked me to submit Police Certificate, pay fee and updated info since April 2011. Is there anything else they have asked me ? I just want to make sure
2: What police certificate ? I already sent them certificate from Pakistan like 4 months ago (i got an acknowledgement email on October 25th, 2012). Are they asking for Police Certificate from Canada ?
3: They have asked me to provide personal history since April 07, 2011. How should i provide it ? I mean is there any form for that or shall i just prepare a document (word document for it).

Last, does anyone else go this thing ?

Dear friends,

When can I expect documents for my re-medicals? My ecas still has "Medicals received". Is there a chance that they might not ask me to redo medicals? I did my medicals on 21 November 2011.

So what happens in 3 days when it is March and I still don`t have a reply and I am a February 2011 applicant. This is getting ridiculous.

I can say with highest certainty now that I don't need police certificate, because
