My file went "in process" since June 2012 and I havent received any PPR. My friend who applied nearly 2 months after me went "in process" in August 2012 and he got his PPR this month. We both belong to same nationality so I believe it is matter of luck.

I cannot see your timeline but if you have been waiting like 15-20 months then I guess u shud expect to hear from them soon. Somebody looked at your file recently. Wishing you best of luck for the future.

Applied to Federal: June 2011

Medical done: Sep 2011

Transferred: July 2012

In Process Dec 6th 2012

Is everyone here also aiming to get the Canadian Citizenship, I was wondering if us delayed applicants get some more leniency with the three/two year residency period before being able to apply.

2012 has been a very frustrating and restless year for most of us. I shouldnt complain that much as I know there are ppl on this
Forum who have waited longer than me. I just pray to god that this agony ends soon.

and my draft has not been cashed yet.

Me neither... Is it possible to get the passport back even before being cashed?

I think it is possbile for them to cash the draft after but,
i would think they would cash it before sending out our passports.
Did u send your passport to seattle office too?
