As far my knowledge, we have to send it to detroit and with a returning envelope with address of windsor.

Actually I got the email Saturday .. I happened to check it on Sunday .. Was busy celebrating Diwali (Festival of Lights ) with family and friends and woke up this morning and had the email waiting .. So was a good start to the day ..
