BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

Just got my GCMS.

Criminality: Passed (finally)
Medicals: Passed - Expired
Security: (Updated from Not Started to (blank))
Eligibility: Passed (on July 26. Same day my application went In Process on eCAS)

Looking further into the notes, my Criminality check was completed on July 26 and based on that, my eligibility was determined. Status for criminality and eligibility were both updated on July 26.

Application was originally transferred to Ottawa on May 16.

In a note from visa officer, "RCMP reports are NRT. Pakistani PC on File. Criminality passed. Medicals are passed valid to 11 Sep 2012. Meds may require extension"

nothing much you can do man...best of luck..as soon as Security is complete, you should be good to go really....

Can you tell me when was the note made by VO about Meds may require extension??

Blank is for security reasons...
They do not print the security section...

That is actually one note to think about.
I have friends with similar situation.

and having everything done, just does not mean PR. an Officer has to look at the file, and finalize it.
But it is actually far beyond my status. quite close to the "Special" e-mail...

I got my GCMS yesterday. This is my second GCMS. Does not seems changes than 1st one.
Medical - passed
Criminality -in progress
Security - not started
Eligibility - not stated

but my spouse showed
Medical - passed
Criminality -not started
Security - not started
Eligibility - not stated

file transferred - 7th july 2012
no VO assigned

Its getting more frustration. No idea why it taking long time.

From the lawyer. He Actually received few PPRs for sept meds.

In my GCMS notes, it shows same thing-----Assigned to : RC-9515 and no status (blank), no update date and no due date.....

By the way my file aslo transfered on 16 MAy and shows in process on 26 July

wonder what is RC 9515...is that visa officer or embassy code...

Under Security sub-activities, there is a sub-activity assigned to RC-9515. However, there is no 'date created' or due date written.

I don't know if I am close or not looking at the fact that all checks have been done for almost 3 months. Can't really tell what seems to be the reason for the delay here.

My checks were completed in May before the file got transferred. You are before me in the queue so shouldnt be long..

Just received my GCMS. Will need sometimes to understand the details, but few things are clear;

- My file is in Ottawa (Not London as my MP's office said)
- My file was transferred to Ottawa on 07/07/2012
- My medical expires tomorrow, 12/10/2012.

His checks are done.. security is gone criminality is done. PC is in file - Criminality passed, NRT - Security - passed. You think the only reason people are not getting PPR is because of checks.. No! The file is in queue.. everything is clear for him..

Again.. his checks were started when AOR was issued and finalized in July!

Few more PPR received for those who gave medical in Sept, guess yours is matter of weeks now.

I remember someone in this forum(may be you) posted something similar few weeks before. Are those new requests dispatched this week?
