I really dont understand why applicants who filed a few months after us are getting PPR and also from LA office. ???
And on the otherhand appicants from middle of 2011 are still waiting..

It depends on the Visa Officer. They might want to see every document valid and it usually is in the case where the timeline is pretty long. It takes most applications more than a year, in 2011 applicants cases more than 15 months atleast. Obviously, everyone's PCC has expired and it doesnt make sense asking for another PCC! However, if someone's case goes beyond 2 years it might come to a point where another PCC might be required.des said:
