I went in process in may, at that time I thought max 2 weeks and I should get the PPR email. I got photos taken, got the canada post envelope even. 5 months down the lane .. still waiting that email!

So we're hoping in October!!! Fingers crossed!! Our work permits run out in December so this is the last week to get ppr then we will have to apply for a new work permit! The frustration is that it's just costing us more and more money waiting!! Hardest part is seeing people who applied way behind us getting pr before us!!!!!!

yes, october will be a good month...i'm sure we will get a couple of ppr's....

september was a good month already....

I have read in a forum of french immigrants who live in Montreal that some of them have contacted a conservative MP there, he told them the expected time of files transferred from Buffalo to Ottawa is 15 months counted from AOR date, and the maximum date to finish the processing of all these files in January 2013

Thats great news.. But, I also dont think it should really go past this year! I hope this is correct as it has been 20 months in total for me and 13 months since I got AOR!!!

What is your timeline.. ?

I hope CPP-O would carpet bomb us with PPRs this October :D ;D........

I think with year coming to an end, they have a huge backlog of applicants from Buffalo. I think the applicants should be between Jan-July, so they should start sending some PPR out between Oct and Nov. It has been 3 months already so we should see some PPR coming through!

Its coming guys.. keep the hopes up! :D
