If your due date was end of july, I think you are pretty overdue eh. I think you should hear something in the upcoming weeks!

Its the standard response... I wonder if they have started looking at July transfer files yet. Its nearly 3 months now!

Has anyone from July 7 transfer emailed to Ottawa and got any response?

Standard response.. I think GCMS is a better guess at this point. If someone is getting GCMS anytime soon and it shows that they looked at your file, please update. It should give us an idea how long they are taking to review the file.

Assuming none of July transfers have gotten PPR here, they havent looked at our files!

This is strange, its been almost three months. There should be some activities, as Ottawa is comparatively faster than other VO.

Surprisingly, no sign of winter yet! I hope it remains the same, I think its going to be a warm winter. I think temperature might start going down in october ... when we get our PPR ;D

I think they might be allocating our files and who knows they might still be transferring files or in the middle of transition. But, didnt the email from Buffalo say to give Ottawa 60 days before contacting? It has been 3 months now and no word..

Thats why I think GCMS is a good option at this point to see if any updates has been made and if a due date is allocated or not!

I hope we'll get a very cold winter. Normally Nature is in balanced, you got a very hot long summer, we should get a very cold winter.... hope so... :)

No, you still have to pay it by money order, it will be transferred to Detroit and will be cashed there not in Ottawa but you should sent it to Ottawa and they who transfer it.

I am planning to pay my RPRF (right of permanent residence fee). Since my file is transferred to Ottawa, can I still use the online payment? If it helps to process my application faster. Don't know does it really helps or messed up the process again.

thanks,

Tomorrow is the thrid week since i ordered the notes.
I dont really expect it this week.

and since I have only Med received in my Ecas, it could be interesting for me to see what they will bring

We didnt really have a warm summer this year./ lots of rain and couple of hot weeks.
but i guess winters are getting better each year. last year was not very bad, just long.

I might want to escape the winter if we are lucky enough to finalize whole thing before Christmas

You are a July transfer? I think once your eligibility gets evaluated your ECAS should go to IN PROCESS. I dont think they will start working on our files anytime soon..

Summer wasnt that warm actually.. Its october nearly and we are still in 20s. I think it wont snow until Nov-Dec atleast!

Well, based on what i have seen here, I might be a July transfer as well.
I remember having my Address updated in E-Cas around that time as well. Probably its when the filed reached Ottawa.

I somehow don't like to be very curious about it at all :)
I want to open my outlook one morning, and get the letter there. much more fun.

a very calm winter is anticipated.
To the friend who spoke about the balance: you should take into account its Canada. with www crazy! one stands for weather!

;)
