If possible pls blank out your personal information and share your GCMS- security, eligibility and criminality section.

hey guys,

i have a bit of confusion here. i have been contacted by buffalo office 3 weeks back and asked to submit police certificate from back home. my question is ,with that change (buffalo shutdown) should i still need to send it to buffalo or what. it's really confusing, any suggestions or advice??

Medicals are medicals in the end, if they are expired most probably you should get an extension. I was thinking, lets say 3 months extension is granted, does it mean maximum it should take 3 months to hear from them?

It shouldnt be much longer, it seems they are reviewing May transferred applicants at the moment.

What are the latest developments on May transferred cases? 2 persons got PPR today (Dec 2011, and Oct 2011 applicant). Don't know when this nightmare will end for us. Thanks

Its the same as AOR, when were they issued AOR? April-May? Didnt hear back from the MP yet?

I am at a point where I believe GCMS will only tell when to expect anything, if progress has been made, else there is nothing that can be done except waiting! It is the tough truth but waiting is the only thing leftover!!

3 persons got PPR (Oct/Nov/Dec-11), don't know when did they get the AOR. I didn't understand your first statement. What do you mean-"Its the same as AOR, when were they issued AOR?".

The MP Assistant got back to me with a terse message which raises my frustration a bit more. They are processing the file ( I had the same statement three times from Buffalo)---that's it. No details, no comment, absolutely nothing.

What I meant was if they got AOR its the same thing as we got transferred. If they received AOR in May, their next due date would be 3-4 months which is august-september. For july applicants, it seems it should be nov-december.

I think there is nothing we can do, I know its frustrating but just hang in there. Trust me I know its tough - I am nearing 19 months in total myself!
