Any good news? Any update on ur application status?

I think you will not hear any news until they finish transferring all the applications

Wonder how long it will take for transferring all these applications? I think we should expect a wait of another 2 months!! Around August we shall be hearing something!!

Are you willing to wait till August though? That is just so unfair especially for you guys who already hit the 15 month period.They (CIC) should stick within the maximum processing period no matter what happened or what's going on or just give us updates through email if it will take longer than usual.

My ecas was changed to "In Process" two weeks ago, haven't receive any news or update or email since then.

I am wondering how long it takes them to process the application?

Are you willing to wait till August though? depends upon consulate but I think LA is the fastest...3-4 weeks

check the website of consulate for average processing times...

What about Ottawa office? Coz i know they process this type of application.

i got mine ppr yesterday, directly from detroit. so i guess my file was transferred to detroit long time before the buffalo shutdown?
mailed my passport this morning.

by the way, the processing time for temporary visa, from my personal experience, detroit was faster than buffalo, but i dunno about LA

Congrats! on PPR! At least we saw some movements! I just want to ask if your ECAS changed to "In Process" at all? When did you get your meds done?

it changed to "in process" on may 25th, it is the same day they said they started processing my application.
i think cic is trying to speed-up the process, so hopefully u can all get ur ppr soon

No one is trying to speed up the process for those people who applied from October 2010 to September 2011 these people are waiting & waiting...on the other hand people applied in 2012 is getting it within no time...
