u sure? don't wanna hurt u , but there are really not many ppl submitted their applications be4 u that haven't got their ppr,, except for ppl who got background check. etc..

anyway, hope we can get this long drama finished by this summer!

you did hurt me but I would assume IN PROCESS means that all checks are done and file has been assigned to an Immigration Officer?

one guy, who mailed his application to sydney in 2012, already landed last month, all i could say was WTF!!!

November applicants are getting PPR already so I would not be surprised 2012 applicants getting PPR...

do u have that "priority" thing on ur CSQ? the guy who just got ppr (submitted in november 2011), actually had priority on his CSQ, i wonder if that's the reason his case got approved so fast.

Hello, Maybe he submitted is medicals in Feb.2012....Because it CAN NEVER be possible for him to submit Federal part by that time and be getting PPR, even though it has code 130: Piriority Treatment...

there r many applicants who submitted their files to Sydney after 2012 got their pr already, just ask around, u will find out.

yes thats true , if you have code 130 in your csq you'll have a fast treatment . mine is

1 feb 2012 sydney
6 mar2012 med
15 mar 2012 ecas showing in process we started processing your application
april 2012 ecas med received

now im waiting for the ppr

Well, l am not an immigration Prof. But everyone has different processes, e.g. your VO, IO, etc. I know ALOT
of people who have code 130: and they submitted their files in April and their check/money has been cashed
about 4weeks now, without AOR/MR in focus yet...How do you explain that?
And besides, Code 130: STOPS AFTER YOU OBTAIN YOUR CSQ....prove me wrong again my dear friends...hahahahah

discussion. Weather you submitted your application to Sydney or Buffalo, it doesn't really matter....There are people in this forum that have submitted since 2010, and haven't been called for interview and also some haven't received MR yet...are u "French in Line" candidate?

I hope my blue color dont scare u again...hahahahaha ;D
