Applicants who applied after August, most of them have had their files stayed at Ottawa. Its the applicants whose files were at Buffalo and got transferred after Buffalo closed that are kind of stuck in this queue. We see post-august applicants getting PPR, even feb 2012 applicants have gotten PPR. Its just 2011 Applicants who arent receiving anything!!emanager said:

When I first got the AOR, i was overjoy, by the end of 2011, i thought I would become the permanent resident pretty soon. When 2012 started, I thought it shouldnt take this long. Later on, I got worried and thought they lost my application. After 15 months had passed, I just hoped this could come to an end. Now , it has been 17 months, whenever it comes across my mind, I just tell myself to take it easy and try not to let it bothers me. I just hope this will be all done by the end of 2012...
