I think it should be at the end of the notes, try going to paper file history and under application. Hopefully, somewhere it wold say IN TRANSIT and that means the file was moving from one location to another! The good thing is your notes got printed on july9th so you are the most upto date with your file. I would use the address that is stated on the application as mailing address and on the work permit. As you are requesting by email I dont think it should matter.
It is not required, but it would be of no harm if after a week or so, just send them an email with your file number, and ask when are my GCMS Notes due. and in another line it states office Ottawa along with the above same lines.
