no i am temporary work permit holder,
and for those how have pr application in process with csq , no need for lmo to apply for a new work permit

CIC says it may take till the end of the summer (Sept. 21) to finish our files. CIC does not care for us because even if we give up there are many more to replace us. This is the attitude of governments of third world countries and a reason why I came to Canada in the first place.

To continue my curious case..
cpp ottawa replied and asked me to stop with PPR, add my wife into the application by filling out some additional forms, submitting police clearance certificates, birth cert for spouse. They have also asked to submit phone history,email history,photos and other proof of communication with my spouse. (as if I am sponsoring her!!) ; Everything within 60 days..

They never mentioned about obtaining a new csq for spouse. not sure when they will ask the same.

In the meanwhile am not sure on how VO in my home country will consider her pending application for open work permit.

If in Quebec, you better go for her CSQ in first place.
CIC sometimes confuses the federal cases with Quebec ones.

Or at least ask them about it

If you just want to extend your allowed period of stay in Quebec/Canada, just get any job like at McDonald's, Tim Hortons or call centers and use the job offer letter to renew your work permit through operational bulletin 420 by applying by mail, online or by flagpoling

Hello, I received an update from the MP's office. Her secretary said that my application is still on a waiting list to be reviewed by an officer in Ottawa. That said, I am still waiting to get my GCMS notes for which I applied two weeks ago. It seems to me that transferred applications are picked and finalized on a random basis. In other words, it does not matter if you received your AOR in April or Dec. 2011. That's what I think. let's see if gods of the forum believe otherwise.

when QSW's application is in process...what happens if the guy wanted to resign the job ?
and what happens if he gets a new job ?
