Well I contacted SINP. I asked what happened if I get laid off. They answered the following.

If you get laid off you will have to provide SINP with a new job offer
so that we can do a revision to your nomination.

The problem is getting the new job offer.

If you are on a closed work permit and want to get a new job offer, you first need LMO and then a work permit and then the job offer.

July 2011 applicant got PPR.. there is no order people are getting PPR. From January to July we cant tell which month's files are they processing?

I know its so bad not hear anything in a 5 business day week!

I need some useful suggestions. I had a post-graduate work permit until April 2012. As I moved to Ontario last year for studies; I never feel to renew my work-permit. I am holding student visa until 2013. I am planning to go back to Quebec as I have a job offer there. I am a CSQ holder. Can I work as an incorporated company (company owned by me). The company want to hire me (Quebec) as an individual contractor. The requirement for the position is to be incorporated. Can I work for the company that is owned by me without any work permit as I have CSQ. If I need to apply for a work permit how can I proof that I have a job offer.

Doctor found some red blood cells in my urine so he did some further tests and send my medical two months later in October 2011. After that I didn't heard anything from immigration. I applied in Buffalo and they are closed and they send me email that my file has been transfer to Ottawa. I have exceeded my 14 months time period of my application, please help me i'm really depressed and lost. I don't know what to do as they are not replying my message.

Have you ordered GCMS notes before (I guess not). If not pls do so first (refer to page 16 in this thread) and also contact with Ottawa for your medical status and what can you do at this stage. One thing I do know ( this is what my medical examiner told me) if your medical has major issue/not cleared the doctor suppose to inform you first (this is your right to know). Based on this assumption I think you have passed your medical.

Pls confirm that your medical has been received by Ottawa.

You are confusing two things here.. Post September Applicants applied to Buffalo got their files transferred to Ottawa for their entire file being processed at Ottawa. You guys arent the same cases as pre sept applicants are. Pre Sept applicants got aor from ottawa but their file was all processed at buffalo and just because of buffalo closing got transferred. You guys were transferred to ottawa even before aor was issued and stayed there.

Therefore, you guys along with 2012 applicants are ahead of pre sept 2011 applicants and should be getting ppr before us!

Dec for PNP and and after approval from province in feb for Federal.

my mistake was to delay in medical more than a month .
i have never applied to GCMS yet. now you can help me here, my application was filed by my company and lawyer assign by them take care of it.
if i send the request for GCMS by my email and provide my home address will they change the address from lawyer to mine?
