Buffalo has start working now, got my medicals today. Check signatures for time line

Congratulations..... hope this thread now will continuously and irresistibly be bombarded with such news everyday!

Hi to all!

I got my visa file with CAIPS note today. No wonder there was a delay coz it includes the copy of my full documents sent to Buffalo which was > < 100 pages I guess! ;D :D

Anyways here is the most important highlight:

PAPER FILE SENT TO CRT FILE BF'D TO: PPS ON 14-04-2011

aside from that they already received the report from RCMP. :D

I will try to break all the codes and see if I will find more relevant info and share it to all of you!

Cheers! :D

hey anne, did your notes show if they calculated ur points on the file? or is that something they still have to do?

Hi Simp,

I haven't got anything or any changes in my e-cas yet to date.

ANyways here is the link where you can order your CAIPS for free if you are in Canada...
http://immigrationguides.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=207

I guess you can do it yourself or even ask your lawyer to do it for you, just need authorization letter for him to do it.

Good luck! ;)

Hi anuM
The only points I had was 10 for my age and the rest were 00...
I also got the copies of barcodes which I believe they will send it together with the medical request...
and the form they sent to RCMP for criminal record plus the copies of the full documents that I sent.

So I believe that last April 14 they start to screen my documents and they will confirm my employment history if they have any doubt, they might call my employers too...crossed finger that everything will go smooth and quick :D

Cheers!

Following is closing part of my long mail to Buffalo which I sent last week:

It has been 18 months since my application was sent to CIO, NS and over 13 months since my full documents were received at Buffalo VO.

I appreciate the fact that new Ministerial Instructions (MI-2) were issued in June 2010, and CIC is overwhelmed with number of applications and has to manage the inventory to regulate admissions into Canada. The fact also remains that I met the requirement of Ministerial Instructions of February 2008 hence the request to process my case on the “First in and First out” principle.

I am sure above narration explains increase in my anxiety level due to long and uncertain processing time. I shall be really grateful if you would let me know the expected time frame to get medical instructions and to complete the PR process to make some knowledgeable decisions for my life.

Yours sincerely,

I just received their standard/generic answer:

Your application is in process. No further action is required by you at this time.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Hi

Check the trackkit, the buffalo CIC sent out 12-15 MR in every month before Nov. 2010. But after that it changes to 1-2 MR in each month.
