Hi anumatri,
I think its better not to send any documents to Buffalo as u had already mentioned about ur email correspondence with Buffalo office that they had asked u not to send any documents till further notice.Also,u had mentioned about an interview-letter which u received in June2010 that u will be called for an interview in NY.so chances are ur file might get transferred to NY(not sure)...
Seniors....pls advice

HI Guys congrates to whom recieved 2nd AOR after a long wait.
I have one confusion. I have some updates in my application and i have now PCC from FBI so should i submit buffalo VO or have to wait till they transfer my file to NY VO....
I have the same Question.Anyone?

usually it takes 3-5 months to change the status to "in process" yours is quite fast after a long wait of getting the 2aor. CONGRATS!

Hi guys,
I just want to share with you my time line that I posted already in other threats.
Anyway the last contact that I received from Buffalo was on August 2nd where they requested a fingerprints and criminal check from Canada. I did in the same day but I did not received any response from them. So, I am waiting for medical request and hoping that will be soon.

i mean by that my file went through a preliminary review at the FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office of Sydney, NS, Canada before it was sent to Buffalo office.
