Yes. A few days after you receive second AOR.

Hi,
I submitted full application to Buffalo on May 20, 2010 and got my 2nd AOR on October 12, my ecas changed Oct 19 - "Aplication Recieved by visa office"..
So I guess now its a waiting game..

Hi guys... I am waiting for mine as well. Reached Buffalo, June 7.
I am wondering why some applications were transferred to other visa offices and why some were not - I am just looking the list in this posting that at one period/month when Buffalo received the application not all were transferreed - and why does it select LA or NY office - is that the region where the applicant resides?
anyone has any clue.

It definitely correlates with a region where applicant resides - those several people who I know from Vancouver, BC - all where transferred from Buffalo to Seattle. There might be other additional reasons of course..

Here is my question. I am going to become a father in 2 weeks. So for my new born who is a US citizen will not have a problem to enter Canada right.
In this case can I put my childs name on the form and mention not travelling with parents.

Any idea?

I guess you need to inform the VO soon as the baby is born, you might need to include him/her in the application..
