Somebody from the other thread posted that her/his address was gone after the "In Process" initially appeared in the e-cas then it was back after few days but still RBVO details...

Anyways yeah, at least there is a change though for others it is just NOTHING, for us it is SOMETHING!!

True! Also, I read one post too that first, his file was "in Process" with RBVO details and after 20 days, his address appeared and detail says : we started processing of your application on___ (something like that). So, let's be optimistic and feel great with a little movement of our status...

I sent a case specify email to buffalo again on Wednesday, here is its reply:

"Your file is in a queue awaiting initial assessment. This could take up to 64 weeks from the date we received the application" totally not the same as the NOVEMBER email reply from them as" Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete."

Nothing to say.

Don't worry abt this standard reply...u could receive positive update anytime soon...maybe next week ..so relax.

Buddy, I think you should go for CAIPS. Since you are in Canada, it would me much cheaper for you.

I also thought to send a case specific inquiry to Buffalo but end up ordering the CAIPS considering the fact that they are randomly giving std. reply which really not worth of even a penny.

By ordering the CAIPS, atleast you can know your BFD and I think it would be March 30th (Just a speculation).

I ordered it at the end of Feb. so, eagerly waiting for it right now. Hopefully I will get it by the end of March.

Yes it is a good idea to order Caips. I am also 2009 applicant and they do not update my e.cas, only send generic replies to my e.mails and i have waited for so long without a response from VO.

When i ordered Caips and got the results, i found so many mistakes in the processing of my file. Also in the caips my BF'D was 22.1.2011.

I have not heard from them , after the BF'D ,

My question is When do you think i can Hear from them? When was your BF'D date?

It's normal and you are not the one who sent med results from different locations. And I don't think that 2 months time frame is valid anymore. I myself has been waiting for more than 4 months after sending out my Med.
