Buffalo - 2nd AOR between 15th April to 15th May

Status is still received by Visa Office ...I got 2nd AOR on 1st May2010...I sent an email to Buffalo to know the status of my ecase. Hope to see some change by next week. It's more than 4 Months now the file being transfered from CIO to Buffalo Office.

Here's as interesting thing about all the cases above which changed recently.
none of them or correct me if iam wrong ,most of them above don't have job offer,
so i guess buffalo is ryte now processing all the cases which have passed the point hurdle
and ready for rest of the process,
I really don't c anybdy wid job offer getting in process ryte now ,
May they all will turn into process together when they done are with the process of whatever they are applying for AEO' applicants..

yes, you are right. I am under FSW 3 cat.. i think FSW 3 is much slower than FSW2 or 1... they may think this way too that am anyway in Canada and already paying taxes for them.. so they need new people who pay taxes...
my every step got delayed when i compare with other folks with same timelines but different catergories right from CIO, NS.. believe me it took Buffalo 7weeks to provide second AOR to me... i saw people who got in a week too..

anyways thats past.. and waiting here to see change in status is really pain... but am holding up my patience...

I am also in same boat

we got the AOR just few days apart and our NOC is the same.. lets see how it goes from now on.. i dont know who else here in FSW3 cat.. thr r very few as of i know..

i was active on the other thread on NS-Buffalo, but almost 80% of them are under FSW1.. so i thought there is no use comparing timelines with them. so now am just a silent observer of that thread

Hey what is approx fee for medical? Also did you get above request by e-mail?

You will receive the MR soon - after changing of status to In Process. Anyway I think the Medical Fee will be different state to state, I'm curious how much does it cost me, a leg or a hand?

Can some one tell me is this the same type of email you guys received if you send the enquiry email ?? And what does it mean by waiting in queue for Initial Assessment, when I already received my second AOR on 1st May 2010..

Any Suggestions ??
