How would i be able to live with her for a year , would she have to get a visa to come here or something ?If you've lived together for a year you can be classed as common-law and apply in that category. Otherwise I think you can apply as conjugal partners but I don't know much about that (I have applied through common law route with my fiancé). I think it's possibly more difficult to get approved that way, but I'm only basing that off one of my friends who went through the process with her non-Canadian boyfriend. It took them years to finally get him PR.
Oh sorry, i just assumed you were with her in Spain. My mistake. In that case it would be conjugal partner. If she were to qualify for a different type of visa which got her into Canada for a year then after that you could apply as common law.How would i be able to live with her for a year , would she have to get a visa to come here or something ?
