So i want to bring my girlfriend to canada , i was wondering if there was anyway to bring her here without being married

If you've lived together for a year you can be classed as common-law and apply in that category. Otherwise I think you can apply as conjugal partners but I don't know much about that (I have applied through common law route with my fiancé). I think it's possibly more difficult to get approved that way, but I'm only basing that off one of my friends who went through the process with her non-Canadian boyfriend. It took them years to finally get him PR.

How would i be able to live with her for a year , would she have to get a visa to come here or something ?

Oh sorry, i just assumed you were with her in Spain. My mistake. In that case it would be conjugal partner. If she were to qualify for a different type of visa which got her into Canada for a year then after that you could apply as common law.

Ahh i see ya thats what i thought , im guessing not many conjugal partner get in , is the express entry a good option ? If so does she get to choose where she gets to live or like will she have the freedom to move around canada , because i am with the military and most likely bounce place to place

If OPs girlfriend is from visa exempt country she won’t qualify as a conjugal partner because there’s no official barriers for them to get married or become common law if they wanted to. Either wait till you get married or become a common law to start sponsorship process.

Yeah, as Ukrainian Girl said, conjugal is usually for people who have a barrier to get married...like if you are a homosexual and it’s not legal to get married in your country, etc. If you can’t live together for a full year (common law), the only other option is marriage

If you're able to live with her for a year either in Spain or the Ukraine conjugal is not possible. Would imagine that Canadians might be able to stay in both of these countries for a year so marriage is likely the best option unless she can qualify through expires entry on her own. Not saying it would be ideal or that you can work (?) but there are no immigration barriers in order to live with her. You'll have to doublecheck the ability tasty in both countries.

I don't know anything about express entry but there is a forum for that type of visa, you could look around on there.
It sounds like others have more expertise on this topic than me and they've given you some more advice on what you can do. Good luck!
