The official processing time right now is 93 days, but it's likely taking about 100 days as per seen in other posts. The website is updated regularly.

I don't know if this is helpful but for those of us who are manically checking for updates on the processing times: I realized that the form we send away to apply for BOWP is the same as for the post grad work permit, and they are both in the same category when you check the processing times (Work permit extension (new employer)). If you check in these forums for PGWP tracker threads (like this one) it seems that they are having February 5th applications approved today. One observation I've made is that many people are having their BOWP approved but they don't get the message for an extra few days, sometimes nearly a week. Lots of you have commented about finding out by calling CIC. I'm hopeful that we are getting processed at the same rate as the PGWP people, just being notified later.

I'm so sorry to hear that.. is your current permit still valid so that you can reapply?

Question:

I used my PR application upfront medical exam result for the BOWP application that I applied in February 14th. I didn't notice anyone talking about it but when I filled the online application there was a place that was asking for my upfront medical exams. Just to be sure is it normal and the same for everyone?
