BOWP - How many of you have applied and received it successfully?

Ya, my last work permit i did not even get an email from cic, never! I checked my MyCIC account every
now and then and one day the message was there, but no email notification.

Ugh! Ok better check mine then!

Boooo, nothing. I applied same day as someone who received BOWP today. Oh well. The wait continues

I applied on 18 Sep and still no Mail/Email from CIC. I had have WP valid till Jul 2014 (>4 months) but work is expiring this December 2013. Waiting to hear from CIC. If positive, I will tell you what I wrote on explanation Letter. Waiting...Waiting...Waiting,,

No, there no LMO required for the BOWP application, as it is an open work permit and not bound to an employer.

Processing times have dropped to 26 days (online) - 54 & 65 (paper)

Currently working on applications from September 28 (online)
