Leave "To" blank for your current activity/occupation, or if you're not sure about leaving dates blank, you could put the (future) date that your current work authorization is due to expire.

I assume the yes/no question about a job offer is during the online questionnaire. You should answer 'no' to this question, because (a) your job offer is irrelevant - you can apply for an open permit regardless, and (b) you want the questionnaire to ask the sequence of questions that leads to the open work permit application.

Thanks LPS. I guess I will say no to that question. By the way I tried it both ways. Either way the online system directs you to the open work permit application. So I guess it probably does not matter whether we say yes or no to that question.

Will this be considered by CIC?

No. BOWP has a very clear list of requirements including 4 months or less validity on current work permit. Offer of employment has nothing to do with it.

It should be May/02/2012 - March/26/2015 (or 06?? whichever is on your BOWP).

You are required to upload the scanned copy of BOWP when you apply for TRV. So wait till you receive the hardcopy and then apply for TRV.
