I applied my pr application. I just want to know should i need to wait for get the notice for IRCC to give my biometrics or i can book my appointment and give the biometrics.

If the applicant submits an application directly to IRCC, and they appear in person at the appropriate Service Canada location, Global Affairs Canada, any VAC or a United States (U.S.) Application Support Center (ASC) to provide their biometrics without a paper or electronic copy of the BIL, the applicant must be instructed to return when they have the BIL.

Did you even read the link? You will be turned away if you don’t have a Biometrics letter

No You cant give your biometrics without instructions from IRCC.. cos that instruction letter would have a bar code which will be scanned when you give you biometrics..
