IN GTA and peel there is a total of 7 centers. each center does 25 that’s 175. then it might get cleared in 28 days.
hope it gets cleared fast. GTA they didn’t start I guess
Yes, I was going to write the same. Let's hope all 7 will be working and I like @asdfghj calculation, I also hope they will work at least 6 hrs a day and clear around 35 to 25/day (I hope it will be close to 35 :).
Since March 2020, IRCC has granted 34,215 CEC applicants. We know that Ontario usually gets +/-50% of immigrants in Canada, most of us end up in GTA. Some of us, including me, have spouses (that will be one+ to the applicant to give biometrics).
Let's hope it will take a month for Service Canada to clear the backlog and the second wave of Covid-19 will not be very bad, so Service Canada can continue operating is it does now.

So they haven’t even called January AOR’s in Vancouver yet? Sounds like they haven’t even started calling Vancouver applicants.
If you’re in a region where there are a lot of people waiting to give their biometrics, like the Greater Toronto Area, it may take longer for Service Canada to call you. They will contact you as soon as they can.”

That's more for people applied in March, April, and on. If someone who has an AOR date in January has not got a call yet, it cannot be explained "but you live in a bigger city." It just means either they call very few people a day, or simply haven't started out yet really.

I guess the system is just getting understood and slowly worked out by SC itself. So better wait a few weeks until we see a certain amount of calls going out.

Would anyone be interested in starting a google sheets spreadsheet to track the calls?
Do we have any tracker created yet?
I searched in https://myimmitracker.com/. Nothing came out. Tried creating one there. It's UI didn't allow.
Is anybody familiar with any tracker for the biometrics appointment timelines?
If not, can we create one? There are many forums and many threads. A consolidated view would be beneficial to estimate the timelines.

Guys I don't remember I ever provided my phone number when I submit my application cuz the system doesn't ask for it.

in the "contact details" section, I only typed my email address and preferred language.

Did you guys type your numbers when filling the application form?
