Biometrics was done but not updated in GCKey

Almost 2 monthsHow many days ago did you submit your biometrics?
Hey does your biometrics got updated ? And did you got your visa ?Almost 2 months
do you have an update? Im in the same situation.please for everyone in this particular situation in the past ... i need your contribution ... i am getting worried has this is the only parameters left on my tracker.. i am super worried about it right now

My biometrics not updated yet and is been like that since July 10. Though secondary applicant update immediately but the primary applicant did not update till now . I raise a webform and don’t know what else to do . I also check the validity tool and is saying not valid or unavailable , I forget the exact EnglishDid you check the status in bio validity tool?

Hi, I have the same situation, I gave my biometrics on 20th October, and it’s been 5 days there is no update on my GC key account yet, the biometrics enrolment date is reflecting on the upper right side of the gc key but under biometrics status, it still shows ‘your fingerprints are needed’
I have raised several webforms regarding this issue as well, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
