biometrics - express entry

Hi Everyone,

I had a quick question on biometrics needed after AOR stage. Is it required of everyone to submit their biometrics these days? I remember a couple of years back my friend didn't need to submit his biometrics, hence asked.

Yes everyone needs to submit
