hi guys so i'm just wondering what are my options for a 1 year program that i can apply to for a high chance of PR, i'm especially considering the ease of finding a job and it has to fit NOC requirements for PR under express entry

A 1 year program will give you a low chance of getting PR and is a risky plan if your main objective for coming to Canada to study is PR. Don't do it. It's a bad plan.
If your objective is PR, you need to take a 2 year program so that you qualify for a 3 year post graduate work permit.
i know, but i really dont have the money for a 2 year program, i've been working my ass off the last 4 years to save up enough for tuition and living expenses, i'm hoping that through a 1 year program i can get a PGWP and later PR, maybe through provincial nomination, or if it doesnt work maybe i can apply for a work permit and try after that, but right now i'm just trying to figure out what's the 1 year program that will get me the closest to PR
You should go to an Atlantic province or Manitobai know, but i really dont have the money for a 2 year program, i've been working my ass off the last 4 years to save up enough for tuition and living expenses, i'm hoping that through a 1 year program i can get a PGWP and later PR, maybe through provincial nomination, or if it doesnt work maybe i can apply for a work permit and try after that, but right now i'm just trying to figure out what's the 1 year program that will get me the closest to PR
They have easier PNP programs
yeah i'll try to look into it, but in the meantime, i need to know a 1 year program that has potential for employment in a NOC valid job, because i havent found many
What is your background / past education / past work experience?
1 year programs are extremly low value for Canadian employers. Generally speaking, you're not going to get hired based on some 1 year certificate in Canada. You'll get hired based on your previous education and work experience.
even if this 1 year program gets me a certificate of qualification ? i have no education or work experience that's relevant in canada
i have no will to keep going in my current field of work and to get my degree and work experience recognized in canada i need to pass exams which are impossible to pass for me, so assume that i am a 18 year old high school graduate, what difference would it make wether it's a 1 year degree or 4 years ? since as you said it's all about previous experience and education, what if it's irrelevant to the job you're applying for ? you're not making very much sense |

Let's be honest, no good employer will hire someone with ONLY 1-year certificate and no experience. I say so because I do HR. And what's the difference between 1 year and 4 year degree. Well a lot. 1-year cert and 4-year earn you different points when it comes to immigrate and apply for PR. But before you may even qualified to apply for PR, you need a good job (a NOC 0, A, B job), that's not what a 1-year cert can give you.
