hi guys so i'm just wondering what are my options for a 1 year program that i can apply to for a high chance of PR, i'm especially considering the ease of finding a job and it has to fit NOC requirements for PR under express entry

A 1 year program will give you a low chance of getting PR and is a risky plan if your main objective for coming to Canada to study is PR. Don't do it. It's a bad plan.

If your objective is PR, you need to take a 2 year program so that you qualify for a 3 year post graduate work permit.

i know, but i really dont have the money for a 2 year program, i've been working my ass off the last 4 years to save up enough for tuition and living expenses, i'm hoping that through a 1 year program i can get a PGWP and later PR, maybe through provincial nomination, or if it doesnt work maybe i can apply for a work permit and try after that, but right now i'm just trying to figure out what's the 1 year program that will get me the closest to PR

I assume you already have a bachelor degree. If so, you should pick a program that most closely aligns to your educaiton and work experience and which also shows a progression in studies. So you would want to take a post graduate diploma in Canada vs. a regular diploma. No one can pick the specific program or school for you. That's something you'll need to short out.

You should go to an Atlantic province or Manitoba

yeah i'll try to look into it, but in the meantime, i need to know a 1 year program that has potential for employment in a NOC valid job, because i havent found many
What is your background / past education / past work experience?

1 year programs are extremly low value for Canadian employers. Generally speaking, you're not going to get hired based on some 1 year certificate in Canada. You'll get hired based on your previous education and work experience.

Honest truth? Certificates of qualifications are pretty useless. They have very little value to us as employers. You're frankly not going to learn that much in 8 months.

Do you have no previous education at all? Not even in your home country? No work experience in your home country?

i have no will to keep going in my current field of work and to get my degree and work experience recognized in canada i need to pass exams which are impossible to pass for me, so assume that i am a 18 year old high school graduate, what difference would it make wether it's a 1 year degree or 4 years ? since as you said it's all about previous experience and education, what if it's irrelevant to the job you're applying for ? you're not making very much sense

There's an absolutely massive difference between a 1 year college certificate and a 4 year university degree. Surely you must realize that?!?

I've only hired a few hundred people in Canada. So what do I know.

You do what you want. It's your life.

Let's be honest, no good employer will hire someone with ONLY 1-year certificate and no experience. I say so because I do HR. And what's the difference between 1 year and 4 year degree. Well a lot. 1-year cert and 4-year earn you different points when it comes to immigrate and apply for PR. But before you may even qualified to apply for PR, you need a good job (a NOC 0, A, B job), that's not what a 1-year cert can give you.
