I miss him ..Plz give us further details.. how they provided sufficient proves and the application was refused! After how many months they got refused? Did they attend an interview?

There should be no refusal without an interview. In case off any ambiguity, the applicant will be given the chance to prove them otherwise through providing documented proof during the interview. Our problem is not in that; the problem is with the security checks that are taking ages

She went for an interview but apparently the interviewer was not convinced by her answers and 2 weeks later, they refused her application.

Refusal after how many months of waiting?

They waited 13 months and then got the refusal. But I also blame them for it. They hired a lawyer and they asked him to fill the application on their behalf. The stupid lawyer missed some papers and their application was returned twice. On top of that, they provided too many pictures and in each picture she looked different. In some picture she was wearing hijab and in others she was not wearing it.

I don't think the refusal came after yrs of waiting...usually refusal comes right after the interview or during the process with CIC ..but not after its stuck with background check ..unless cbsa found out Something thats considerd a red line u know crime , or bankruptcy etc..

Is bankruptcy also considered a red line? Not that it applies to my case but it just sounds weird to know that because sometimes it's not the fault of the person, it could be the economy or their business partner.

They provided proof of chat and a lot of pictures and marriage paper and family extract. They asked the woman (sponsored spouse) to go for an interview. She went there and asked her questions but her answers were not convincing. They asked her why were you wearing hijab in some pictures and not the others and why were wearing the ring in the left hand sometimes and other times in the right hand and her answers were not convincing. Two weeks after, she received a refusal letter. They had been waiting for 13 months. There application was returned twice before though. So they started processing late.

Thanks Dear for your reply.. well, if I am the Visa officer I would have refused the application too. They are doing their job. Now our issue is in those Security Checks.. Hope we will get them done ASAP. This waiting time is horrible for us. I've met people who applied after us by 1 year and landed already.

Hi all i wasnt active for a while because honestly i was fed up and didnt want to log on this site anymore because be sara7a kenet 2e3di 3ala 2a3sabi...I want to share my experience with everyone...we sent our application in december 2014, we sent every single thing in our application it was complete. ...my husband did not hear anything from the embassy till January 2016 and was called in for an interview, hamdillah the interview went smooth and he passed it, we then didnt hear from the embassy till March 2017 (last month) asking my husband to do his medicals AGAIN because they expired. He went did his medicals again and finally...two days ago...to our surprise he got an email asking for his passport! I dont want to discourage anyone...every individual is different...ours was a veryyyyy long processs..i hope after he sends his passport it wont take much longer. but as you can see it took us 2 years and 4 months to get ppr. inshallah this will give you all hope that you may hear something soon (esp the 2015 applicants). ....good luck to you all...
