My husband just told me that someone from embassy tried to contact his old phone number in Lebanon ( his brother has it now and my hubby is in KSA) we sent new medicals and extra documents 2 weeks ago along with updated contact info for him in Saudi but they Called the number in Leb?! What do you think they want ?? It's only been 2 weeks since they received documents do u guys think somethig is wrong????

No email or anything just a phone call.... His brother called back and they told him someone will recall tommorow .... Omggg someone help lol I'm so nervous

Janmin, did your sponsor paid the visa fee or not yet? if not, did they ask you to do it?

Whatever we will tell you now, it will not get you anywhere, it will remain speculations, the best answer you will get is when you go straight to the embassy tomorrow and know from them what is going on. During these 56 days that you are talking about, you should have at least called them and went to see them at least 10 times.

In most of your previous posts, you always write that they sent you an e-mail, did they call you anytime on your mobile?

Anyway, i wish you all the luck for tomorrow, hope you will have good news.

Ajaxxio yeah they asked us to pay the fees in november 2011,and about any calls,they didnt call me in the whole process,they called only once to tell me to submit the passport,and for today i got this email no calls.

hi i sponsored my husband he is a lebanese living in africa. his interview is tomorrow in ghana i am pregnant and very worried they might refuse him. we have pictures of my engagement party/ kateb kteb, and old pictures of us going out before marriage many years ago, after marriage and also when i vistied him in africa. ive been canadian citizen since 1996. we also have proof of gifts he sent me and skype logs for about 3 months, fb screen shots to show we r maried and we have over 60 mutual friends, and a couple emails. what are your thoughts about my case ? i am very worried and nervousss and excited just want my husband to be here for the birth wich is less than 2 weeks !!!!

You were told to pay the visa fee on November 2011 and still until now you don't have any reply from them, and since you received the e-mail to submit the passport for the visa they kept you waiting 56 days and now they told you to come pick up your passport because they still need to study more your case?

I will not put myself in your place, eventhough i was there many times. I will not say more now, as for me i submitted my passport also to get the visa stamped 10 days ago based on their phone call and still nothing yet.

hi jammin ,just to tell you my friend took hes visa on sep 5 2012 its one entry visa with 2 papers of copr anyways hes pasp stayed at embassy 52 days so dnt worry

I just called the embassy and they told me everythin is fine with file they are just waiting on security clearance from cic in Canada... Does anyone know approximately how long that will take?!??

Hello Kellysou,
My file reached damascus in July and last week I received an email from the embassy requesting some documents. Don't worry they are sending emails to everybody and soon you will get yours too

my files reached to syria on july 8th 2011 and still didnt get any email from the embassey , so does any one his file reached in july 2011 andthe embassey contacted him or her.

La7 balech 7adise lyom bi ,after 56 days my passport in the embassy they give it back to me today without a visa and without any paper and without any informations,lets talk now about informations,the think inno sadafne inno l officer AKHRASS,.......lak 2al choo ,he said im an officer for temporary visa only,u can send an email, i told him lak habibe ma birido,he said coz l email birooh 3a canada w byerja3 byiji 3a beirut,saraha ma la2et edeme ila inno edahak bi wejo bi kil to3sebe w i said ok iza heik ma3ak 7a2 fi masefe kbire bein canada w lebanon bada wa2et l ossa...bass now seriously guys dalet se3a w nos nater,faj2a besma3 esme min l security girl,fa rehet la 3enda she said lahza ta chhooflak choo wade3 w se2abet ra2me ija so reget 3and l officer w hayda l sar ,bass leih isme mawjood donnooooo

Lele we have the same timeline ,File recieved to damascus 25 january 2011,i did the medical exam 2 times the last time was in november 2011,and my status changed to in process in may 31th.....lele listen to this story,my wife got a call from the P M office and the secretaire told her that ur file still in security check,so why they asked for my passport,leih hal daya3 aw l gahalat kelo?
