nothing from my side as well, usually every monday i'd be excited and optimistic, this monday Im not, I dont know why, its frustrating, especially that last week no one got any reply/email from them, i dont know what they are doing in this embassy, sitting on there asses doing nothing, i wish we can go all together to the embassy and show them how much angry we are

well based on what i read, even if they said application received on e-case, if they are working on it, that means they are working on it, so yes miracley it will change to decision made hopefully tomorrow for you and I and about sending golden emails only on monday, i hope this is not true, because that means we have to wait till next monday ;(

Hi. I hope everyone is doing well. Is anyone else having issues logging into to the ECAS to check their status today? I've tried all of the different ID numbers and it won't let me in. I had no trouble logging in last week and do so on a daily basis. Any ideas?

The interview will be held on Thursday , 14th of February at 13h at the Embassy of Canada in Beirut, Lebanon.

This letter must be presented at the reception on the day of the interview.
Please confirm your attendance and the language in which you will communicate during the interview by e-mail to berut.im-permanentresidence@international.gc.ca within 5 days of receipt of this invitation letter.

Please note that if you fail to appear for interview as scheduled, the examination of your application will be completed based on the material available in your application. This could result in the refusal of your application.

The following documents are outstanding on your file. Although there is no guarantee that a visa will be issued following your interview, we request that you submit the following documents to expedite the processing of your file. Please note that the Right of Permanent Residence Fee is refundable if a visa is not issued.

Please bring these documents and your original passport to the interview:

the interview should be easy so dont panic and dont worry
all you have to do is to proof that you are in contact with sponsor, recent pics, recent phone calls, recent emails, recent sms, hek shee, and don't worry they should be easy going
send them an email to berut.im-permanentresidence @ international.gc.ca and confirm your attendance- abel ma yghayro ra2yon - and the language you prefer to communicate with

Lello!!! Mabrook 7Ayatii. It's ok don't get worried inshallah your husband will be fine in interview. Lets Ask the other members who had one what they asked?! So when you applied did u provide evidence of communication and lots of photos etc? Laih 3am yes2aloo for proof of communication?! Iza Baddik PM me and we can share details LAN shoof why they would ask for interview. I think I will get same email, hayk 7assi.

And it's a valentines day interview so they should stamp the visa the same day inshallah ))

SMS is good enough, you should have emailed him from time to time, ana hek kenet e3mal ma3 my wife when she was in canada, because she knew they would ask for them at some point, and they did, we submitted those emails and some of our SMS's, and let him take the pics, anything to proof communication is good, a gift, picture, email, anything, and make sure he mentions that you contact on skype and he doesnt keep track of your calls because its not doable. they have a copy of your marriage certificate, i dont think this is what they are after, and about the interpreter, sadly i don't know one,
but it shouldnt be hard to find one,

A question to those who had interviews or who knows ppl that had interviews, eza kl shi ok, will they stamp the visa right there, if they asked my husband to bring his passport?
Any idea?
oh btw, my husband doesnt need an interpretor. l interview is gonna be in arabic...bas ana n3ama 3a albei ma 3edet a3rif e2ra l e-mail mazbout.
