No nothing today nor this week :
I guess they only work on Friday on the files, because other days are open for the public. Hope it's not the way I think and they have enough staff just for the immigrants papers

hope you all had a wonderful weekend and tomorrow is a start of a new week hopefully giving out a lot of visas from the embassy of beirut lets cross our fingers
JUNE looks a happpy month
lets think positive and just HOPE for good news
i wish you all get your visas in june
the only thing that is making me think is about the situation is beirut now i hope for peace and nothing bad to happen there too .
embassy of beirut should work faster before anyting bad happens there too

I am a new user on this forum, but I share the same situation as all of you . I applied for my husband back to september 2011. and still waiting and hoping to get an answer from the VO.

Did someone go recently to the embassy in beirout? They are not even answering to my emails
Did anyone of you get an email from the embassy (A part the automatical answer)?
It s a real nightmare, it s been more than 16 months that our file was transfered. I dont know what to do

i went last week on friday but they were closed,and since i"m canadian i went into the embassy to see somebody from the consulate but did not help at all,the only thing he told me that if i e-mailed the VO and they did not respond after 28 days print out your e-mail and come talk to somebody in the VO,so if you"re canadian or not print your e-mails and try to go and see them,,,but make sure not friday,,,for me i'm waiting till the 28 days pass if no answer i'm going back to see them,
i know it's so bad to be waiting and we see no end for all of this ,,, but we have to think positively and be strong and god will help all of us,,,at the end we will get it,,,just little bit more of Patience.

Lele, I think you should go. I'm going to check out if we have any copies of emails we have sent them or just send them one now and wait 28 days. If you have them already just go, what would you lose?!! Good luck!!! Guys in God's help our dilemma will see a happy ending soon NSHALLAHHH!!

How about Joe's idea and info about the printed emails... Do you have copies of your sent emails to them... if you do maybe you or your spouse (whoever is in leb) shoulf consider going to check it out with them. Nshallah June will bring us some much needed and wanted PPRs!!!!!
